Brinell Online Automated Hardness Tester

  • Machine to test plate hardness fully compliant with ISO 6506/ ASTM E10 specifications (Steel).
  • 4 – 125mm (3/16”- 5”) plate range.
  • 50 sec processing time per plate.
  • Automated sequence includes clamping, milling surface of plate, indenting, and photographic indent hardness measurement.
  • Networked data transferral to plant computer system.
  • Heavy-duty steel housing and industrial standard hydraulic controls.

  • Measures the flow rate of water through geological samples
  • Capable of measuring water volume with a resolution of 0.002mL

Baileys Diesel Portable Injector Test Rig

  • Simulates engine cam motion for the testing of large injectors
  • Piston accelerates under closed loop control to 1500mm/s and decelerates to a stop all within 50ms over a 30mm stroke.
  • Capable of logging and graphing injection pressure and volume per shot data
